Sweet potato curly fries!
These sweet potato curly fries are so easy to make, especially with this fun kitchen slicer! I get so excited over kitchen gadgets (as if you can’t tell)! I’m the kinda girl, who loves kitchen gadgets better than chocolate or flowers!
All you need for this super easy and healthy recipe is one sweet potato (peeled), a Kitchen Slicer, olive oil & sea salt. In less than 40 minutes baking time you will have created healthy, tasty and fun to eat curly fries!

Sweet Potato Curly Fries
- Peel & slice your sweet potato into curls using your Kitchen Slicer
- Gently toss your curls in olive oil & sea salt.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 until crispy!

The orange-fleshed sweet potato is a great source of beta-carotene, vitamin A & C and also helps regulate your blood sugar too! Oh and did you know that this little jewel is not always orange flesh on the inside? You can get purple-fleshed ones too! How beautiful that would be to mix the two!
