Our #1 Eat clean tip for today is beginning with the – Clean Fifteen!
By looking at what we can eat and not what we can’t, is a great way to begin our 7-Day Eat Clean Celebration! Let me introduce to you the clean fifteen…
Just look at that!
Asparagus, avocado, cabbage, cauliflower, eggplant, grapefruit, kiwi, mango, melons, onion, papaya, pineapple, sweet corn, sweet peas, and sweet potatoes!
Let’s learn to celebrate these healthy, life-giving foods in exchange for some of our processed foods, filled with ingredients we can’t even pronounce!
Over the next 7 days, we are going to begin stepping out of some old habits and stepping into a place of realizing – eating clean is possible! You can learn to say no to unhealthy choices, but at the same time give yourself grace when you don’t. 🙂
As with all my cleansing challenges, this 7-Day Eat Clean Celebration is more than just about food. But for now – the food is where we will begin!
I want you to be adventurous during this week by adding the above clean fifteen foods (well at least a few of them!) to your recipes that I included in your Eat Clean Celebration E-Book.
- Add a handful of sweet corn or sweet peas to the Brown Rice Medley recipe.
- For the yummy Quinoa Salad try adding some diced avocado.
- Or cube some papaya and add it to the Rainbow Fruit Bowl recipe. That will not only add to the rainbow of colors, but will taste amazing too!
