Purifying your blood is basically what detoxification means. Your blood is the key transportation system moving throughout your body. It washes away toxins and at the same time delivers nutrients and oxygen that sustain your life.
Maintaining clean blood
Maintaining clean blood is a daily process. You can help nurture this process physically by eating clean foods such as; kiwi, oranges, papaya, mango, grapefruit and cantaloupe. Berries, pears, lemons and pineapples too. Also avocado, carrots, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, eggplant, onions, parsley, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, leafy greens and beets are great foods to help maintain clean blood! Power in the blood
It’s through the blood that all toxic impurities are washed away. Just as you can help this process along physically by eating foods that purify your blood, you can also respond to a similar process spiritually. It’s through the power of the blood of Jesus that we are cleansed whiter than snow!
Furthermore, let’s not underestimate the power of Jesus’ blood. His life-giving blood. The blood of Jesus is the best blood purifier of all, bringing healing to that which we give to Him.
As your blood is being purified physically, open your heart spiritually. Let His cleansing blood flow. Allow the Holy Spirit to uncover toxic emotions and toxic ways of thinking that have laid dormant for years.
When you surrender all to Him, you will feel lighter and cleaner both physically, mentally and emotionally. You will become spiritually empowered from the inside out!
