The Bridal Pursuit…
We have moved out of our first “Sweet Encounter” session where we took just a “Peek into the Bridal Chamber”. Now we begin to enter into our second session “The Bridal Pursuit!”
The chase is on!
In this session we unfold the first two chapters of “Song of Solomon” a little bit deeper. Just look at how boy pursues girl; He dines her, buys her gifts of gold, provides for her and protects her! Oh and then he even snuggled with her as he puts his arms around her…or maybe they were dancing! You know the part where the boy dips the girl – arching her back as her hair flows in the wind!
How romantic is that!
This session definitely stirs all of our emotions as we journey down memory lane chattin about our own first loves – some good-some not so good! Oh my… bring on the box of issue tissues!
As the clock strikes 12 noon we shift gears by moving into the kitchen for the healthy – good – for – you- “Cooking Show! Each session of a “Sweet Encounter” is my favorite but the “Cooking Show” is really my fave!
It is here that our taste buds get activated and our hands get dirty as we make a mouth-watering dessert from using the ingredients taken right out of “Song of Solomon”… talk about a “Sweet Encounter!”
These baked apples smelled really yummy until they began to burn! Ha! We got so wrapped up in “boy chases girl” that we totally forgot about the apples!
Believe it or not…they tasted much better than they looked!

While Crystal savors each and every moment!
Enjoying the last nibbles of lunch… another awesome “healing” session comes to an end. We quickly gather everyone back together once again just in time to prepare to open our hearts a little bit wider for the next session… “The Bridal Awakening!”
