Cacao Almond Pudding = the Real Chocolate!
Cacao almond pudding contains the real chocolate ingredient that’s good-for-you. Don’t let that other stuff full ya! Hmm… come to think of it, there is an imitation for everything and chocolate is no different. That is another lesson in itself!
Cacao is the real chocolate that’s good for you.
Just look at what it can do for you!
- Promotes heart health
- Aids in weight loss
- Promotes healthy skin
- Packed full of essential minerals and vitamins
- High in antioxidants
Oh….and lets not forget cacao is a mood enhancer too!
Here is one of my favorite recipes using cacao. Can’t wait for you to try!
CACAO ALMOND PUDDING
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup maple syrup (grade B)
1/4 to 1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
water to desired consistancy
Top with my “Sweet Vanilla Bean” & cacao nibs!
(a mixture of cashews, orange juice, agave nectar, vanilla bean, & coconut oil)
Blend nuts in high- powered blender until powdered
add syrup, cacao, vanilla and continue blending
Adjust the ingredients to your liking!
Add water to the desired thickness.
