I absolutely love to see women from all cultures experience God in every area of their lives. My blog is one way I see that taking place. Here you will read posts on what takes place in my kitchen but most of all what takes place in my heart. From healthy recipes (mostly raw) to my fasting experiences, venture with me as I pursue a “Fresh Encounter” with God. May you be restored, refreshed, and released into a greater level of wholeness… body, soul & spirit!
Bob and I now reside in the Kansas City Mo area and are the founders of “Freedom Quest International”, a ministry that travels both nationally and internationally teaching on subjects such as “The Father’s Heart, marriage, family, fasting, health and nutrition”.

I’m a good ways from Kansas City. I live on the border of Memphis, TN. I think it’s about 7 hours but I’m not sure. I’m keeping up with you through Twitter but I’ll also sign up for your blog here as well. Who loves what theLord may do!!!
