Your pH Balance is key!
Think about it… life is full of balance and is very necessary for optimal health; from inhaling to exhaling, ingesting toxins to releasing toxins, working to resting, absorbing food and eliminating food, and yes, even love has a balance…receiving it and giving it away!
So it is with our pH balance.
Becoming aware of eating a balanced diet of 80% alkaline and 20% acidic, plays a vital role in your overall health. To be healthy, the body needs both alkaline & acidic foods, and when both are present, your pH balance is achieved.
