3 Day Pre-Cleanse Part 3 is here!
Your 3 Day Pre-Cleanse Part 3 is key to having a successful cleanse of any type.
Dinner: I’ve prepared two options for dinner.
But first drink 8oz of your favorite powered green drink and wait 30 minutes before eating dinner.
Day 2 I suggested the following two green powders from Garden of Life.
Your dinner meal is the only meal with steamed/cooked foods. Breakfast and lunch remain raw.
Detox Dinner Options
1. Raw vegetable salad with steamed veggies.
- romaine lettuce
- “steamed” broccoli
- snow peas
Toss in dressing and sprinkle a bit of basil seasoning. Here’s my favorite from Bragg’s cookbook .
1/2 cup Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
1/3 – 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil 2 tsp sweetener (I like agave)
1/3 teaspoon of Bragg’s amino acid
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh basil or herbs of your choice
2. Or try this hearty salad.
- baby spinach
- yellow tomatoes (or peppers)
- olives (optional)
- raw goat cheese (optional)
- sprinkled with fresh herbs & dried onions.
*Try a baked sweet potato on the side.
Hungry for a late evening snack?
Try a refreshing apple and celery juice. You can juice or blend in a high-power blender
2 -3 apples, 1-2 sticks of celery and dilute with water. Enjoy!

REMINDER: Depending on the length of your cleanse and the cleansing level of your choice, will depend on how many pre-cleanse days to complete. Choosing a 7 day/Level 1 or 2 cleanse, this 3 day pre-cleanse is great. However, a 14 day/Level 3 Juice cleanse, requires a 5-7 pre-cleanse days. A 21 day/Level 3 Juice Cleanse require 7-10 pre-cleanse days and so forth.
