3 Day Pre-Cleanse Part 2 – Welcome!
Your 3 Day Pre-Cleanse part 2 will pick up from yesterday’s Part 1 were we detoxed our breakfast.
Today we will detox your lunch!
Wait 30 minutes after drinking your green drink, then choose one of yesterdays detox breakfast options.
Now for your Detox Lunch options
My “Verde Salsa” juice I made in my Blendtec high-powered blender. If you prefer to speed up your detox, then make this drink in a juicer instead. Juicing will remove the pulp – hence a quicker detox.
small slice of sweet onion
a small piece of jalapeño
a chunk of fresh ginger
handful of dandelion greens (or kale)
a few sprigs of parsley
pinch of cayenne pepper
Wash, chop and blend ingredients in high-powered blender.
Adjust ingredients to your liking.
Pour into blender bottle – shake and go!
Raw vegetable salad consisting of romaine lettuce, kale, sweet peppers, avocado & mixed sprouts. Dressing is a blend of extra virgin olive oil, lemon & garlic mixed to your liking.
Mid-Afternoon: another 8oz glass of my all time fave ===> “Perfect Food Original”
