    Hi Kelly,
I was wondering, I’d like my family and I to eat a lot more raw foods and so am out here on the busy world of the internet looking for recipes. BUT can I make raw food recipes for my family without a dehydrator?? Where do I look for these recipes?

    Thanks Kelly,
    Jess

      Hi Jessica!
Thanks for stopping by. Yes you may have raw without using a dehydrator. You can use your oven on the lowest temp… even with door cracked open would be helpful too. Plus there are so many recipes out there for eating raw that do not even require a dehydrator! Did you find some? I have some on my blog too.. but mostly desserts and smoothies. :) What my family and I do is usually eat something raw for breakfast like a smoothie or cut up fruit with almond milk and then for lunch have a salad, and then dinner might be something stir fried, steamed or grilled. That way you are getting atleast 50/75% raw in your day! Main thing is just be free and make it fun as you introduce new and exciting healthy recipes to your family. Let me know what you discover and how it works for your family…. we can learn from each other! :)
