Body & Soul cleanse – Day 6 “Stinky armpits & Crackin coconuts”!
Peeyewwwww…
Armpits are working overtime! Hope that is not too much info – but I did warn you I would let you know when my body begins to respond to this cleansing. I love to watch how God created my body to function during a cleanse by keeping a journal. By journaling you are able to observe your body at work – as it always heals on a priority basis. Isn’t that amazing!
Before we take a look at how our bodies might be responding to this “Body & Soul Cleanse”, let’s run to the kitchen and crack open a chilled young coconut. This is so easy I can’t believe I have waited so long to try it!
Take a butcher knife in one hand and poke it into the top of the coconut. Take a “rubber mallet” in the other hand and tap (well a bit harder than just a tap!) the knife into the coconut until you feel it go all the way through. Repeat that three more times making a square. Pull back the top, grab yourself a straw and sip away – it’s that easy!
Finished sipping? Take a spoon and scrape out the meat, blend into another juice or freeze it for later use.
Now… where were we?
Oh yea… body detoxification.
Today’s observations
- stinky armpits
-coated tongue
- sweet tasting thickness inside my mouth.
My lungs, skin and liver (channels of elimination) are doing their job!
- slight Headaches, dizziness and shortness of breath
Toxins are being eliminated through my blood stream.
Tip: When I begin feeling light headed I kneel down on one knee and wait a few moments for it to pass.
- muscle aches
Toxins that are stored deep into the muscle tissues are being awakened and released!
For some you might already be experiencing this or other modes of detoxification and for others maybe not. Your cleanse depends upon your normal diet to begin with and also from your experiences of your previous cleansing - as each cleanse builds upon the last.
No two alike!
What an incredible Creator we have. Each one of us will have different experiences during a cleanse because we are unique individuals – no two alike! But one thing we know for sure are the words King David spoke so well…
“I will give thanks to Thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Thy works – And my soul knows it very well.” Psalm 139:14:
This is something worth chewing on!
Please take a few moments and leave a comment on your experiences during this “Body & Soul Cleanse”.
Enjoyed today’s post? Pass it along!
