OK are you ready for this? You are going to love it!
Millet burgers… yup I said millet! Millet has a nutty-like flavor, high in protein, fiber, B vitamins, rich in iron, magnesium, phosphorous, and potassium just to name a few! It’s not an acid forming food (like meat) so it is much easier to digest! I have tried all kinds of so called veggie burgers and this one holds it own.
While living in Asia I put em to the test, made a big batch and invited all the staff from the local gym over to my house for a home cooked “healthy” vegetarian meal! Now if you know anything about Asians and their food… you would know exactly what I was up against!
All you Asian’s out their tell em what I’m talking about!
Well back to the Millet Burgers and my Asian friends…
Wow… did I show them! Guess what? They chowed down and even asked for seconds!
Sure do miss you guys… if you see this give me a shout!

So here is what you have been waiting for!
