Part I we took a look at what detoxing your morning would look like.
Part II we then repeated the morning and added lunch time.
NOW Part III, repeat your morning, your lunch and now add dinner!
Dinner: We will have two options for dinner, but first drink 8oz of your favorite powered green drink. By this time I always begin to crave my “Perfect Food Original” by Garden of Life!
Wait 30 minutes and then choose one of the options below.
(Your dinner meal would be the only meal with steamed foods. Breakfast and lunch remain raw.)
1. Raw vegetable salad with steamed veggies consisting of romaine lettuce, sprouts, avocado, “steamed” broccoli, snow peas and kale. Pour on your favorite dressing and sprinkle a bit of basil!
Oh … let’s whip up one of those “Un-beetable” sandwiches” with whole grain bread to go along with that salad!
1/2 cup Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
1/3 – 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil
2 tsp sweetener (I like agave)
1/3 teaspoon of Bragg’s amino acid
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh basil or herbs of your choice
2. Or how about this yummy salad!
Baby spinach, yellow peppers, olives and raw goat cheese sprinkled with fresh herbs!
Try a baked sweet potato on the side!
Late Evening: Hmmmm….how about another juice…
One of those refreshing apple and celery would be just perfect!
You can juice or blend in a high-power blender
2 -3 apples
1-2 sticks of celery
enough juice for two!
Congratulations!
You have progressed to doing a complete day of detoxing… one meal at a time!
I am proud of you!
Now tomorrow you can do a whole day of detoxing again…and perhaps the next day and the next!
Do a whole week of detoxing…and add new recipes along the way.
Comments & questions… keep em coming and let’s experience this together!

Will try it one day at a time with Carl, Bonai and family. We just bought a vita-mix and are having lots of fun with it. Love eating this way anyway. Especially looking forward to new recipes while stateside. Debbie
That is good… one day at a time! I have a K-tec and love it too!
