This July 4th…
why not sink your teeth into this “guilt-free” dessert as you celebrate… FREEDOM!
“Red, White & Guilt-free”
Crust
2 cups raw almonds
½ cups pitted mendjool dates
1 tsp. lemon zest
Mix in a food processor. Do not over mix or it will turn into nut butter!
Press into a spring form pan and freeze
Filling
3 cups raw cashews soaked 1 hour
¾ cups fresh lemon juice
¾ cups agave nectar
¾ cups organic raw coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Blend in high-speed blender until smooth
Pour over frozen crust and freeze again
Right before serving pile high with berries!
